the girl was found outside her own house but could not remember where she lived guess if she wasn't completely shitfaced at 15 and incoherent this never would have happened at all. I get tired of people in general but particularly young people that take no responsibility for their actions. The police stations isn't a daycare sorry you just figured that out. Grow up
O.K. so when this goes to court (Victoria, British Columbia) I want the judge to ask her "have you been in trouble with the law in the past 4 years since this incident?" If the answer is no then the punishment worked! Guess what? IT'S JAIL!!!!!
