Do all police officers have a badge number?
I requested an officers badge number the other day. I live in California, USA - I was under the impression that all officers have a badge number, or a card with their name / badge number on it @ what office they work for. Do ALL police officers have a badge number? Can they refuse to give you their badge number?
I am not in California, but we don't have badge numbers.
So, no, not all Police have badge numbers.
