"Davis police are looking for more possible victims after a Davis massage therapist was arrested and faces sexual battery charges for allegedly assaulting a female customer, Davis police officials said.
Jon Michael Dombrowski of Davis was booked into the Yolo County Jail on charges of sexual battery and sexual penetration with a foreign object. Dombrowski, 38, is the owner of Integrity Body Works on E St. in Davis.
According to police, a 30-year-old woman contacted authorities Saturday, claiming Dombrowski assaulted her at Integrity Body Works during an "athletically-oriented" massage session Saturday.
Dombrowski was arrested Tuesday following an investigation by Davis Police detectives. "
What does it mean when they say that the massage was athletically orientated?
When you have a guy giving a nude woman a massage, many potential jurrors will speculate that it might be sexual in nature, and then they might go on to speculate that the act was consensual and that there is more to the story. By stating that it is "atheletically oriented", meaning physcial therapy, atheletic rub-down, whatever... it will make potential jurrors side with the victim's version.
