Ideas for unique halloween costume?
I work in a department at work that i cant have pockets at all were allowed to dress up for school, but with rules ... We cant wear hats or wigs no military firgures or police no baggy sleeves no face paint thats all i can remember if theres more or not ... but i hate buying costumes so i like to make them ... the past two years i was a old lady and toddler need new ideas ... thanks
You can be a schoolgil superhero.
You can wear boots, tights/pantyhose, a schoolgirl style skirt, a button down shirt or a blouse and a cape.
As for the skirt, as long as the hem is around 2-3 inches above your knees and it looks like a schoolgirl skirt, you'll be fine. Also, for the top, don't roll it up and tie it to show off your stomach area so you can look more conservative.
