Socks + Sandles - Absolute no-no or OK under some circumstances?
So whats the take on socks +sandles... I know the asian culture does not frown on this combination but when I go to work, whether I have pants or shorts, the socks+sandles combo I wear seems to draw comments.
So I understand that this seems to warrant a visit from the fashion police.. however is there any combination of socks+sandles for guys that may be considered ok?
Side note: socks+sandles are so damn comfortable! Perhaps a brand of sock?
Yeah... no. Don't do it.
Unless you're on vacation where nobody knows you, or are out camping in the woods... just don't.
Although... If you can keep a pair of sandles under your desk at work and keep your sock-puppet feet shoved waaaay under there in the dark where nobody can see 'em while you're working, and then do the ol' switcharoo back into some respectable kicks to walk down the hall and be seen by human kind... then... maybe.
But mostly, you'd better not.
