my house was broken into and they took a wii with 3 games and a laptop.i filled a police report, but had no Evidence. although i did have a serial number for a wii that they took. now a month later i found the wii at a pawn shop that matched the serial number of mine, so i called the police and they recovered it. now whats next? what can i do to get the laptop they took back? what will the police do now? will they press charges against the person?
